Our stylish large cooler bags will make packing for your next picnic, beach day or road trip a breeze! Two separate zipped compartments give you lots of space for your drinks of choice AND all your food. You’ll be set to graze all day! 

The bottom compartment can hold up to four bottles of wine, and there’s space for an ice brick too to keep things cold all day. The lining is insulated and water resistant (super easy to wipe down!), and the super strong handle and shoulder strap mean you won’t have to skimp on your favourite treats. We accept change of mind returns within 14 business days of receiving your order.

We do not offer refunds, we will offer an exchange of size or a store credit.

We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items. No exchange/refund or credit note.

All costs involved with the postage/shipping of return items is the responsibility of the customer

All items must be returned with no damage to the item or packaging.
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with all tags intact.

We recommend that you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item via post as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will credit you for the purchase price of the items, less any shipping costs incurred and/or discounts applied when the goods were purchased.


When will I receive my store credit?
Our customer service team process returns daily as they arrive. However, due to transit delays, the speed of your store credit may be affected. You should receive your store credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (many customers will receive their credit faster). Once we have processed your credit, you will be notified via email.

Damaged or Faulty Items
To ensure an excellent customer experience, we are committed to refunding faulty or damaged products. Please follow the prompts to our online portal https://360.postco.co/limaandco and we will be in-touch to resolve this issue.

Please note: We are unable to refund items once they have been washed or worn. General wear and natural fading may occur over time and are not the responsibility of Lima & Co.

Delivery

Lima & Co is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. 

Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

All orders are delivered via Australia Post using eParcel unless otherwise arranged prior to the transaction.

We charge $9.95 for standard postage (2 to 8 days business day delivery) & $14.95 for express delivery (1 to 4 business day delivery)

However, we are not responsible for any delays during postage. Please note that signature on delivery is required for all items. If you are not able to sign for your item the driver will leave a post office pick up slip.

If all items you have requested are in stock, we will endeavour to post your order within 1 business day.

Your order will only be processed and shipped once your payment has been confirmed, and the total balance is paid in full.
