Delivery

Lima & Co is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. 

We are only a small business, as such, our pricing for shipping due to the volume and quantities of items ordered, not all items sold are standard shipping prices. You may be contacted to pay more freight. For more information, please email us at info@limaandco.com.au

Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

All orders are delivered via Australia Post using eParcel unless otherwise arranged prior to the transaction.

We carefully and lovingly package your items to the best of our abilities. Please be aware once your item leaves the store, we are not liable for any damages that occur.

We charge $12.95 for standard postage (2 to 8 days business day delivery) & $19.95 for express delivery (1 to 4 business day delivery)

If all items you have requested are in stock, we will endeavour to post your order within 1 business day.

Your order will only be processed and shipped once your payment has been confirmed, and the total balance is paid in full.
