Lima & Co Mount Gambier is searching for an experienced, creative, energised Visual Merchandiser who is just as comfortable styling a front window as they are connecting warmly with customers on the shop floor.

Your Key Responsibilities

Although this is a dual role, it is heavily focused on Visual Merchandising. You will be the creative force helping bring our brand experience to life.

Visual Merchandising (primary)

Create inspiring, on-brand visual displays that stop customers in their tracks
Style store zones, feature tables, and windows with seasonal direction and product flow in mind
Maintain merchandising standards daily to keep the store looking fresh and elevated
Work closely with the team to plan layouts, launches, and seasonal changes
Bring ideas, trends, and fresh energy to our retail experience
Follow and contribute to VM guidelines and SOPs

Sales & Customer Connection

Greet and support customers with warmth, confidence, and product knowledge
Assist with POS, gift wrapping, stock replenishment, and online order preparation when needed
Work as part of the team to create an unforgettable customer experience

Who We’re Looking For

A visual merchandising superstar with proven experience (minimum 1–2 years ideally)
A love for styling homewares, lifestyle goods, fashion, and giftware
A strong sense of colour, balance, flow, and detail
Someone energetic, positive, and self-motivated
A team player who brings ideas, not ego
Retail/customer service experience is essential
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment

Hours & Perks

Minimum 25 hours per week (more available depending on skillset and season)
Hours are negotiable for the right candidate
Two Saturdays per month required
Wage is negotiable depending on experience + superannuation

CASUAL RETAIL STYLIST – Lima & Co MTG. Starting Mid-January 2026

Lima & Co. is expanding — and we’re looking for bright, friendly, confident casual team members to join our Mount Gambier store from mid-January (start date negotiable for the right person).

About the Role

As a Casual Retail Team Member, you will:

Welcome and serve customers with warmth, confidence, and genuine care
Support with styling, sales, gift wrapping & sharing product knowledge
Assist with stock replenishment, display maintenance & keeping the store looking beautiful
POS, customer service, and online order preparation
Work within a 7-day roster, including weekend availability
