Choose your favourite vase or bowl and pour the desired amount of candle sand in. A minimum of 3cm depth is necessary for your candle to burn for a long time. Gently shake the vessel so the sand settles in a smooth way.
Insert the wick into the vessel, allowing it to protrude no more than 1cm above the surface, this will ensure that the candle burns calmy and does not produce smoke. If your vessel is shallow, you can cut the wick in half. Please note, the candle sand needs to be a minimum of 3cm deep. For a single wick vessel, ensure a diameter space of 7cm around it. For a larger multiple wick vessel, maintain a distance of at least 7cm between each wick and the end of the vessel.
Use as a floating candle - fill your vessel with water to the desired level then pour a minimum of 3cm of candle wax on top, insert the wick and light.

All items must be returned with no damage to the item or packaging.
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with all tags intact.
We recommend that you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item via post as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will credit you for the purchase price of the items, less any shipping costs incurred and/or discounts applied when the goods were purchased.
When will I receive my store credit?
Our customer service team process returns daily as they arrive. However, due to transit delays, the speed of your store credit may be affected. You should receive your store credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (many customers will receive their credit faster). Once we have processed your credit, you will be notified via email.
Damaged or Faulty Items

Please note: We are unable to refund items once they have been washed or worn. General wear and natural fading may occur over time and are not the responsibility of Lima & Co.

Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
All orders are delivered via Australia Post using eParcel unless otherwise arranged prior to the transaction.
We charge $9.95 for standard postage (2 to 8 days business day delivery) & $14.95 for express delivery (1 to 4 business day delivery)
